In the pseudonymization process your personal data are changed in a way that without adding additional information your data can no longer be attributed to you. The additional information is stored separately and technical and organizational measures are taken to prevent the identity of a natural person from being identified.

We process your personal data for transacting, maintaining or establishing a customer or business relationship and for maintaining (other) business contacts. The legal basis for processing is either consent given by you in accordance with Article 6(1)(1a) of the GDPR or a legitimate interest of ours in accordance with Article 6(1)(1f) of the GDPR. Furthermore, we process your personal data to the extent you have provided us consent for specific purposes, for instance for purposes of advertising or, market research. We also use your data to ask you questions about our products and services so that we can improve our products on an ongoing basis.
5. Do we forward your personal data?

Notes on visiting and using our web pages.
1. Basic information.
It is important to us to know that you feel safe when visiting and using our website. For this reason, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. The protection of your privacy during the processing of personal data is one of our key concerns.
2. Handling of protocoll data, IP addresses and cookies.
When you visit our website our web servers store various data, for example:
- the IP address of your PC (individual "address" of a PC in a computer network),
- the pages you visit on our website,
- the browser (for example, Internet Explorer) and operating system you use, and
- the date and time of your visit.
We use the data on an anonymized basis for statistical purposes and in order to improve our website. This data cannot be traced back to you. We store the evaluated data on secure systems. This ensures that your privacy is protected at all times.
Cookies are small text files that the web server sends to your PC and are usually stored on your hard disk. They are not programs that can enter your system and cause damage. Although cookies are able to identify your PC, cookies themselves do not store personal data.
Most browsers are set to accept cookies automatically. You can set your browser to disable cookies. Or you can set it to notify you when you receive a cookie. Please note, however, that many functions require cookies. If you disable cookies, some applications may cease to function properly.
If you visit our website we will store the so-called IP address of your computer for a short period; this is what allows the computer to be clearly identified and accessible. The IP address is a PC's individual "address" in a computer network. It allows you to use our website at any time without having to disclose your data.
3. Use of our offerings on the Internet.
We will store your personal data only if you provide the information yourself. This is the case, for example, if
- you register (for example, for a newsletter),
- you participate in a survey or a competition,
- you send a query or suggestions using a contact form or via e-mail, or
- you send us an order.
In these cases you communicate your data to us voluntarily. In so doing, you yourself make the decision to give us your name and other personal information (such as address, e-mail address or telephone number). You are not obliged to communicate this information to us. But please be aware that we can supply the requested products, services and information only if we know your details.
We will only send you a copy of our newsletter if you have granted us permission to do so. To verify your acceptance, we will send you a link to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. Once you have done so, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Information on how to unsubscribe from the newsletter can be found at the end of the newsletter.
4. E-Mail/contact forms/Newsletter.
We will store and use your data if you send us an e-mail or a message via a contact form. This data includes, for example, your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. But we will use your data only for our services and for communicating with you.
Please note that if you send us personal data in an e-mail, data transmitted in this way via the Internet is not secure. In theory, it is possible for unauthorized persons to read or falsify this information.
5. Security in the processing of personal data.
We always ensure a high degree of security in the collection or processing of your data. We use effective technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data. These measures protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons. We are constantly seeking to improve our measures for your security and always adapt them to new technological trends.
6. Utilities, active content.
We use Java applets, Active X controls and Java script on our website. If you do not wish to use these utilities or active content for security reasons, you can disable the setting in your browser.
7. Web analytics.
We store and analyze general data in connection with the use of our website. This data is called statistical data. It includes, for example, the number of visits to our website, information on which pages were visited and on session length. This allows us to find out how our offerings are used and how we can improve individual pages. We evaluate the data on an anonymized basis and use it for statistical purposes and for our market research.
We use Google Analytics, an Open Source software, for the statistical evaluation of visitor accesses, to collect the data. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, text files stored on your computer, which allow an analysis of the way in which you use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the web offerings is stored on our web servers in Germany. The IP address is anonymized immediately after processing, before it is stored. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software to block cookies or you can disable the collection of data by Google Analytics here:

8. User of YouTube-videos.
Some of our web pages have embedded videos uploaded to YouTube. YouTube is a service of US company Google Inc. For this reason, the so-called "enhanced data protection mode" has been activated for all YouTube videos on our web pages. This enhanced data protection mode makes YouTube available and thus guarantees that YouTube does not store cookies with personal data on your computer so long as no video has been clicked and played using the YouTube video player. The IP address is transferred when the web pages are called up and to embed the videos. The IP address cannot be allocated unless you have logged onto YouTube or another Google service before calling up the web page or unless you are logged on permanently.
As soon as you start replaying an embedded YouTube video by clicking on it, YouTube via the enhanced data protection mode will store on your computer only cookies that include no personally identifiable data. These cookies can be blocked by use of the corresponding browser settings and extensions.
Further information on the embedding of YouTube videos can be found in the privacy notices of YouTube.
9. Use of Like-buttons, Social Plugins.
Our links to social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus) use Social Plugins, which make it easier to share or call up content on social networks. We use technical solutions designed to ensure that no contact with the servers of social network operators is established unless the Social Plugin is activated. By activating the deactivated Social Plugin you grant your consent to the transmission of data to the social network. On activation, data are transmitted to third parties.
Without activation no data transfer takes place to the operators of the social networks.
You can find information on the data privacy provisions of the social networks e.g. here:
