For the second time in the 2010s, the German Centre Singapore has been awarded with the EENP Award. EENP stands for "Excellence in Energy Management" and is organized by the National Environment Agency, Energy Market Authority and the Economic Development Board. These Singaporean authorities aim to "foster a culture of sustained energy efficiency improvement in industry, especially the major energy consuming industries.". Besides, Singapore government hopes to encourage companies to take an proactive approach towards these topics.
German Centre Singapore has won the EENP award for the first time in 2014. The following year, another prestigious award was added to its hall of fame: The BCA Green Mark Award.
