Industrie 4.0 is a challenge and a chance for ASEAN businesses. Meet the German Mittelstand at their hub in Sin­ga­pore and learn about their solutions for advanced manu­fac­tur­ing, smart factories, automation and more. Explore, exchange and network at the German Centre, the place where Industrie 4.0 happens.

Back­ground.

Advanced Manu­fac­tur­ing in Sin­ga­pore and ASEAN.

Germany and Sin­ga­pore are two of the top ten countries best positioned to benefit from the rise of advanced manu­fac­tur­ing and smart factories (according to the World Economic Forum (WEF)). 

The countries collaborate on several projects with some „big players“ from Germany being involved. But they are by far not the only ones that take industrial develop­ments to the next level. Many German SMEs, the Mittelstand, are playing a big part in Industry 4.0 by connecting multiple devices and machines at every step of the process, from raw material to end-user.
